Each app has its own policy

The four apps genuinely differ — one has no server at all, one has a real account with friends and leaderboards — so each keeps its own policy rather than being flattened into a single document that would be wrong about most of them.

What is true of all four

• No advertising. None of the four apps contains an advertising SDK, an IDFA request, or an App Tracking Transparency prompt. None of them tracks you across other apps or websites.
• No data sold, ever. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for third-party advertising.
• Payment is Apple's. Where an app charges, Apple processes it. We never see or receive card details.
• Children. None of the apps is directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

This website

spicelabs.app sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds no third-party scripts or trackers. Nothing here identifies you.

It also makes no external requests at all. There is no font CDN, no script host, no embedded video and no tracking pixel: every image, style and script on this site is served from this domain, and the type is set in the font your device already has.
